Jennifer
Office Administrator
Jennifer grew up in the PNW and graduated from medical assisting school in 2005. Through her work experience, she has developed a reputation for being dependable, highly organized, and efficient in managing her responsibilities. Jennifer takes pride in ensuring tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner, helping support both patients and providers in a busy clinical environment.
In 2022, Jennifer joined Dr. Gray’s team, where she quickly became a valued member of the practice. She enjoys the atmosphere and appreciates the opportunity to work alongside such supportive and dedicated coworkers, who also put patient care as top priority.
Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys spending quality time with her family. She also loves animals and is a proud pet owner of four, which keep her busy and bring plenty of joy to her home.
Sydney
Registered Nurse/Injector
Sydney is our nurse injector who has been part of Dr. Gray’s office since 2023, beginning as her surgical nurse before stepping into the role of Lead Injector in 2024. With a long-standing passion for healthcare and aesthetic medicine, Sydney is dedicated to helping patients look and feel their best through safe, personalized treatments.

She earned her nursing degree from Clark College and later completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Boise State University. Sydney further advanced her expertise through specialized injector training with the Complete Aesthetic Training Institute.

Sydney performs a variety of aesthetic treatments including Botox, dermal filler, Sculptra, vitamin and peptide injections, and more. She is known for her attention to detail, natural-looking results, and commitment to patient education and comfort.
Anwyn
Advanced Esthetician
Anwyn has worked with Dr. Cynthia Gray since 2015, doing front office duties and patient care coordination. In 2018, inspired by her passion for skincare and the opportunity to observe Dr. Gray’s skin treatments firsthand, she decided to pursue a career as an esthetician.

She graduated from Portland Beauty School in 2018, earning her basic esthetician licenses in both Oregon and Washington. In 2023, she furthered her education at the renowned Aesthetics Institute, obtaining her Advanced Esthetician license, which allowed her to expand her expertise in lasers, chemical peels, and microneedling.

With a deep passion for results-driven skincare, she is dedicated to helping clients look and feel confident in their skin. She believes in a personalized, educational approach, and empowering patients with the knowledge to maintain healthy skin.
